I had some issues at the beginning of my claim as medical records were twice sent by my vet but never received. And on a conference call with Michael and my vets office he confirmed he had received their email with records but then I received another email from you stating you still needed records. It finally got resolved but was a frustrating experience. But once they received the records my claim was processed very quickly. I’m happy with Spot

I've had Healthy Paws Insurance for my Schnauzer since he was a puppy. I highly recommend getting the insurance while they are young because puppies tend to get into everything, and you could face a vet bill at any moment. Later on, when they become seniors, illnesses can develop quickly, and it can become very expensive fast. Healthy Paws does an amazing job reimbursing in a timely manner. Recently, my Romeo was diagnosed with cancer, and thanks to Healthy Paws and the plan I chose, Romeo is getting the treatment he needs, and I have peace of mind knowing I have the right coverage for him. Quick and seamless claim payment
I did not have to lift a finger to get my claim paid. The emergency vet contacted Trupanion and all was taken care of quickly and seamlessly. I received emails from Trupanion regarding the processing and payment of the claim, including what was covered and what wasn't and why. It was a great experience!
