I love that you have 24/7 veterinarian and nursing zoom calls throughout the middle of the night just in case we have an emergency or an issue during close hours of the office. Your representative Darren was extremely professional and kind!

The agent I spoke with was patient and helpful in assisting me with purchasing the coverage I wanted. There was a glitch in putting in the expiration date of my credit card for payment using my Iphone but he was able to transfer the transaction to the computer with success in making the purchase.

I have used two other pet insurance companies over the past 25 years and Pumpkin is by far the best. The customer service is excellent and very caring and they pay you back in most cases in less than a week.

Before MetLife Pet Insurance I had another insurance. I have to say I have had nothing but the best experience with MetLife. The customer service people are extremely helpful and so very nice and the app is so extremely easy to use. I have recommended some of my colleagues to switch their pet insurance to MetLife. The customer service was great! The agent was able to answer all of my questions, and was very helpful. Only issue was sorting through information on the website when it came to insuring multiple pets and making comparisons. I only just enrolled, so I cannot speak to the insurance plan and if I needed to use it yet.

Healthy Paws is Unethical
They cancelled my policy bc my puppy was sick, then blamed the cancellation on me “missing payment”. Ive written back to Healthy Paws explaining to them thats simply false and negligent on their part. I could care less they dropped me but lying on a cancellation policy is slander. Buyers beware stay away from these crooks 👆👆👆.

Denies claims that should be paid
Don't walk away... RUN AWAY! We had this insurance for over 2 years without needing it. When our cat suddenly got sick, we took her to the vet and submitted our claims. Because she had an UNRELATED bacterial infection at the time we initially signed up for the insurance (correctly not covered at the time because the insurance was new), they have denied all of the ongoing treatment we are now seeking years later for an unrelated, new, chronic condition. Thousands of dollars DOWN THE DRAIN! Tried to call--30+ minute hold time. Sent an email--NO RESPONSE.
