I never bought pet insurance before so they made it very easy by providing several options to choose from and with the ability to change options, I was able to compare price differences with the quotes they provided. I also called the support line and was able to ask questions as well. They answered the phone quickly, answered my questions, and I was actually able to understand the rep. You speak to a live person which is a plus. Lastly you can always change your policy as well. I feel better knowing I have this in case something happens to my dog, Levi.

Healthy paws insurance has been our saving grace
Healthy paws insurance has been our best investment yet! We have had a rough couple weeks with our pup with some unexpected emergencies. Our insurance has been our saving grace. I have been able to provide my pet with the very expensive care he needs because I know that our insurance will help us take care or him. Their quick turn around is outstanding! I truly refer everyone I know with a pet to healthy paws insurance!

I just want to say thank to Healthy Paws Pet insurance . I have been with Health Paws for many years I have made many claims but never anything I would call big until this year when Jaxx’s was diagnosed with cancer. Without insurance we would not have been able to afford treatment and he would already be gone but because we have great insurance with Healthy Paws Jaxx’s is still here and is have more good days . Thank you again ❤️

Excellent customer support agents. However the AI is not personable and takes away from the experience. Difficult to find a working phone number and an agent, but once through, the agents were excellent as I mentioned.

Been waiting for this resolution for a…
Been waiting for this resolution for a year. Unable to get payment reciept confirmation, or funds sent to a different bank account. They just tell me "the payment was never sent back by bank" WELL WHERE IS THE $200 I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE. it's surely never hit my bank account. Further, the pet's best website gave vet office's that would supposedly acccept direct payment but I was quite shocked to find out that the vet had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, and all services would be paid for upfront, with reimbursement later. THE entire reason I selected pet's best was because I was under the impression they had direct payment to the vet. All a lie, all a scam. Bank has absolutely no record of payment ever being sent. The customer service people are nice, but offer no real help. Have asked for emails for confirmation or receipt of payment being sent, was told it would be emailed. Never received.

Claim settled with no hassle
I submitted 3 receipts, one from my regular vet and two from the surgeon who performed my dog’s specialist consultation & pre-op & biopsy (benign!!) I waited for the biopsy results (would she need further treatment?) before submitting the claim online. I immediately got a response that my claims had been received. Within a week I received 3 payment checks. So simple and no back and forth needing more info from me or my vets. Thank you Healthy Paws for making the process so easy :)
