I wanted to sincerely thank Fetch Pet Insurance for the care and support shown in handling Yaddle’s recent claims. I am a certified veterinary technician with over 30 years in the field and have insured my pets for decades, recommending pet insurance to clients daily. Yaddle entered my life as a stray after being found abandoned in a crate tied to a dumpster. She was initially cared for by the Arizona Humane Society, who work closely with Fetch and played a critical role in her rescue and recovery prior to adoption. I was incredibly grateful to learn that Yaddle already had coverage through Fetch at the time of adoption. That coverage made it possible for her to receive the diagnostics and surgery she urgently needed. Fetch’s prompt and professional handling of her claims had a direct and meaningful impact on her care. Fetch will absolutely be my top recommendation to clients, friends, and family moving forward.

Endless Delays and Unacceptable Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pets Best. The claims process has been beyond frustrating. Despite multiple vets sending records several times, they continue to claim they “still need documentation.” It feels like a delay tactic rather than an actual review process. Customer service has been unhelpful and repetitive, with no clear answers and no real resolution. Every time I call, I get a different response, and nothing actually moves forward. When you’re dealing with a sick pet and thousands of dollars in vet bills, the last thing you need is constant runaround and poor communication. I purchased insurance for peace of mind, but instead I’ve dealt with stress, delays, and lack of transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Wow, just great service all the way.

Wow! Very good customer service including all the way through an appeal on a claim, to best understand my policy and the product. I see why SPOT was so highly rated by Forbes and others. Careful attention to detail all the way through from sales, setup, customer service to underwriting, means a well run business thats competitive and a good deal for the customer.
