Ai based claim reviews make life harder
I consistently have to follow up after every single claim that I place because their AI based automatic review takes 3 days and then incorrectly flags things about 9 out of 10 times. This adds between 15 minutes to an hour to every claim that I have to submit so far. Additionally, there is no way on the website to submit a a request for additional review or dispute, you have to call in doing business hours. And if your work schedule is flexible, this works out okay I guess, but it's not ideal.

This company is very bad, I had my dogs insured with them since they was baby after 10 years they canceled the apólice, when my dogs really need them , they canceled my plans. Don’t get them , do not worth it

85% Increase Due to Move
We've had one claim for the three pups we have covered. The process was easy and reimbursement was not delayed. Premium increases annually were inline with my expectations. However after being a customer for six years, we moved 150 miles away and our premium increased 85%. I understand the increase as pets age but the 85% increase was due to the move. The customer service rep was not friendly but not rude. He seemed only to read a script - it was robotic. We'll obtain quotes from other companies when we have a new pet.
