Compensation was quick.

Compensation was quick. My dog had to have surgery at a massive price. Spot Pet reimbursed me a portion of it quickly once I submitted the documentation. The reimbursement was for a little less than a third of the total cost.

Very happy to have this insurance

Very happy to have this insurance. I took in a puppy and on his first vet appointment discovered he had heartworm. The insurance company reached out to the vet directly for the medical records to cover the treatment claims. Not only did it help elevate the stress of going through the treatments but I am very grateful for the help covering his treatments that I might not have been able to afford without insurance

What I shimmy like about MetLife insurance is the efficiency with their customer service with the efficiency with the claims with the proper etiquette they talked to me with when I'm very not happy with right now is I submitted two claims and one of my claims is in limbo and I've had a call three times about it

Because ones like Rochelle makes Nationwide much better!

Because ones like Rochelle makes Nationwide Pet Insurance good, could be excellent, but their reimbursements could be better, compared to some of the others, I've noticed, unless I'm not knowing why they don't pay out like the other that I dropped sometime in July 2025,but I have always been with what used to be Veterinary Pet Insurance since 1991, or 1992, as they changed their name to Nationwide, being an Insurance company for homes, automobiles, and I believe almost everything else, which I believe may lessen the overall impact of how satisfied with whatever claims we may make as there's probably around 12 to 15 Pet Insurance Companies out there, unlike during the 90s when there was just one, called VPI, as I've been with Veterinary Pet Insurance more than 30 plus years, and I hope that makes a difference! Ones like Rochelle are excellent with their politeness, as not all are like Rochelle. But I hope to finish this review later because Brandy always suffers, and we're both way past our senior years! She needs excitement despite her age, and her lameness with walking, and she's not overweight at all..!
