My dogs policy lapsed by accident and instead of letting me reinstate her policy you made me purchase a new policy that’s costing me around $60 more a month. I’ve never had a single issue with you until now. I’ll think twice before recommending you in the future.

I have sent 4 emails to Pumpkin asking for information about medical records. 11/16, 11/27, 12/6, 12/12/2025 I have not heard ANYTHING from them. I'm concerned..if they don't respond to a simple email, what would happen if I had a claim??

I am happy with the experience overall
I am happy with the experience overall. I enjoy using the app, it’s super easy and the reimbursement process is relatively quick. The one thing I would love to see.. would be the ability to identify verify via text code, not just email. Other than that it’s been a great experience so far.

Amazing coverage and service
My cat was having problems with her mouth and had to have work done. I was not sure if it would be covered but I thought I would just submit the invoice. Without any questions they researched it and reimbursed me ( minus co pay) with like 3-5 days. I could not have asked for better coverage or service.

Comprehensive pet insurance
I really like the overall pet insurance coverage we have for both our dogs. We chose preventative and sick care. Thankfully, we don't always need to use the sick coverage and appreciate that we receive a credit towards olthe overall coverage amount when it's unused. One issue we have experienced is inconsistent approval processing where there are significant delays and requests for notes when we provided them previously for a reoccurring issue. I found this to be frustrating.
