Never had pet insurance before. But everything went smoothly for Joe's surgery and so did Fetch insurance when I submitted Joe's health records and the bill for the surgery. I was reimbursed within 5 days. They were very patient with me and explained Joe's coverage so I understood everything Joe was covered for. I would definitely recommend this insurance.

I am not a huge proponent of personless customer service generally but in the case of getting new Maranda this was so much quicker and easier. Having to listen to a customer service rep read through every clause and option is absolutely brutal, especially when I just need simple coverage. Sonnet was the answer to my prayers.

Great process!
My dog had been very sick and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. I simply submitted photos of my Vet bills and they were processed with in a couple of days. They emailed me with updates throughout this process. I'm currently awaiting my reimbursement for my coverage. It was so simple and quick.
