The portal has been broken

The portal has been broken Since October 2025. Every time I open a claim there’s an error so I’ve had to email everything to submit my claims. I’ve called and spoken to numerous people and no one can tell me when it will be fixed. They don’t answer emails most of the time, there are so many delays. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and the experience used to be great. It’s terrible now.

It is easy to file the claims with Spot…

It is easy to file the claims with Spot Pet. We had to euthanize our dog Max last month and they sent a beautiful sympathy email and also cancelled his insurance without my having to ask. They also called and said how sorry they were that our dog passed.

Very disappointed with customer service…

Very disappointed with customer service since I signed up in October. I haven’t even had a claim yet. After several emails they are unwilling to answer questions regarding coverage and keep spewing general legal jargon. I’m getting the impression they will find every way to deny a claim. They are completely overpriced as well. I’ve also received conflicting and incorrect information in the past over the phone. I’m really frustrated and ready to cancel.

Not satisfied with customer experience - lack of notification of policy expiration / renewal, confusing terminology on dashboard showing policy dates as current dates and not expliciting stating currently expired, and lack of ability to provide a one-time exception to retro active most recent claim that was submitted.

I spoke to a "person" who said I have…

I spoke to a "person" who said I have to use autopay. I am retired and on a fixed income. I NEED to know what is being paid and when at my discretion. I don't want autopay I asked her to send me and email each month, she said she can't By the way, I found autopay on the portal and canceled it.
