Very positive experience with multiple claim submissions
I submitted multiple claims on vet treatments for our two dogs, all at the same time. I was satisfied with how all the claims were handled: easy submission, great communication and reasonable processing time.
Communication
While I have been satisfied with the claims that have been covered, communication with Pets Best customer service has been extremely lacking. I would have given a "0" rating if possible. When I first joined there was an option to have an live chat. Questions were answered immediately. Now no live chat is possible. No email is possible. The only way to reach customer service is via phone and I have been on hold for as much as 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I am happy overall with the company but communication really, really needs to improve.
