Embrace customer support acts as though they want to help but have no real authority or ability to solve problems. Be prepared for long hold times with little result. Embrace computer systems and IT staff is a joke.

Pumpkin has been a lifesaver for us
Pumpkin has been a lifesaver for us. We’ve needed it through knee surgeries, eye surgeries, and now a terminal osteosarcoma on her skull. They have reimbursed us quickly, often on the day of submitting the invoice. Anytime I had questions, they were there with kindness and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend them. Only thing is that out monthly payment increased substantially over the years but I’m pretty sure that’s insurance as a whole.

The best decision for my dog!

dont communicate with reps tell different answers,
had to resubmit on claim multiple times (SINCE 11/25) 10 times. Vet was requested info 4 times, had to send records multiple times. Finally said no. Inquired to cancel wellness before policy renew date ) 9 days) was told would get a refund for remaining time left. Today was told incorrect. Have to cancel all. No refund at all. Was told by rep. I could. Megan said incorrect. Tired of reps not giving right info. That's why going with another pet insurance.

The problem I had was dates of surgery…
The problem I had was dates of surgery and release date of my dog's surgery. The dates didn't match, the reason was the surgery date was on the 3rd his release date was the 4th. This created a problem so I had to call customer service, they called emergency vet and it was straight immediately.
