Our Experience with Met Life
Met Life is very good at promptly reviewing our claims and notifying us about a decision usually within 5-7 days. Their website is easy to navigate and user friendly. Their customer service staff is polite and very helpful with questions.

They have been so helpful with our claims and what we can and cannot claim. Wish they covered annual vaccines but very grateful that they cover all of the diabetic needs for Thor.

BEST Protection by Nationwide
My baby, Meeko, passed away at 12 1/2 years old about 3 weeks ago from Cancer. In the meantime, I have a new puppy, Mia, that I wanted to get a policy for. I was afraid if I tried to do everything online that I would mess things up. So, Christina was kind enough to cancel Meeko's policy for me and give me a quote for my new baby. She was very patient and answered all my questions even when I needed to go over them again to make sure I understood everything. Nationwide has always been there for me and my dog, which is why I have remained a Loyal Customer and came back to Nationwide with my new puppy.

I pay quite a bit of money to this insurance and I haven’t put in many claims, but every time I do, they get denied. This is concerning and I am considering to switch companies.
