Most all flourishing businesses are successful because of the people they staff. Fetch Pet Insurance Company truly understands the importance of hiring top-notch people and my experience with them certainly proved that. I had the absolute pleasure of talking to an awesome Fetch Pet Insurance professional, Aileen Andino. At 71 years of age, I’ve been involved in countless business transactions that required human contact. In all my years, I don’t remember a more gratifying business experience than the one I enjoyed with Aileen. From the very beginning of our telephone conversation, I could immediately sense that Aileen was a total professional. First off, with her tremendous attitude, Aileen makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, she intelligently answered all my questions, she was exceptionally patient with me, she explained everything so I could completely understand my policy and what I was purchasing, she’s kind, thoughtful, compassionate…and, she even looked out for my particular dog breeds needs. Aileen could not have been more helpful or professional. She made everything so easy… So, do yourself a BIG favor…if you’re looking for pet health insurance…think FETCH PET HEALTH INSURANCE first! I'm so grateful for Trupanion and the compassion demonstrated by this company. My 15-year-old cat passed away last week after an extended illness where he progressively worsened. I'm very grateful for the medical care that he was able to receive during that period knowing that I had the insurance coverage through Trupanion. All of the medical claims were quickly processed, and after my cat's passing, I received a kind message from Trupanion with their condolences. I have been a customer for 15+ years, and they continue to impress me and earn my business with every interaction. I love how this company operates and treats their customers.

They have been a huge support tool this past year as both of our dogs experienced massive shifts in their health very unexpectedly. One with IVDD the other with mysterious liver issues. Trupanion has lived up to their committed support for the layers of lab work, diagnostic tests, and all the stuff that follows from that. We always joked we could budget for the monthly payment, but not for unexpected costs... turns out that was true!

Fetch Pet Insurance Sold a Bill of Goods
When I adoped my cat I was told at the shelter by sales rep Austin Keckler that if I got the policy that the pre-existing conditons would be covered. Kitty had a limp that needed X-ray. Claim denied as pre-existing. I only signed up based on what Mr. Keckler said. Bad enough I had to sit through a sales pitch in order to adopt but then to be bold faced lied to about the policy makes it worse.

Trupanion to the Rescue
Having found ourselves at the VCA hospital with our senior dog facing a several day visit there, we mentioned that we had Trupanion insurance. The extremely competent assistant there faxed an estimate to Trupanion for approval. The positive response was immediate, and I mean, literally within one minute! Over the 15 years we've been with Trupanion, particularly recently as our furry son has aged, they've been extraordinarily responsive to claims we've submitted, with typical turnaround time 24 hours. I wouldn't consider using another pet insurer.

Excellent customer service. Thank you for keeping within the United States and not sourcing out. Your prices are affordable and fair—our beloved pets need that now with out-of-control veterinary care prices. Please consider better dental health preventative coverage.
