ASPCA is incredibly helpful
ASPCA is incredibly helpful. Site is easy to navigate and they are very communicative. As my dog has gotten older he has needed more care. ASPCA has processed my claims in a timely fashion and I’m really grateful I’ve not had to worry about or wait for reimbursements.

Mc Gee's surgery
We've had Pet's Best insurance for our dog , Mc Gee since he was a pup, he will be turning 5 years old this year. We have not had any claims until this one for his emergency abdominal surgery. Pet best acted in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. We were very pleased with the settlement of the claim and have been recommending Pet's Best to all of our friends with pets.

Great Service and Easy Claim Processing
My last few claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. It's easy to use the app to file claims and upload docs or photos needed. In the past when I needed to call customer support, my questions were answered and the problem solved quickly. I am so glad we have this insurance for our pups!

Wellness visit
I have an 16 month old mini Schnauzer named Sadie. I have never had pet insurance before so when I got her I decided to get it. I am so glad I did. The peace of mind and ease of the claim process is so easy I am thankful I got it. The claims process is easy and fast. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of getting pet insurance.
Don't believe the 2-4 day reimbursement website claims
My puppy had to be hospitalized for an unknown illness. Spent an entire week and thousands of dollars, with the peace of mind that I had coverage from Spot and I'd be reimbursed within 2-4 days, according to their website. Cut to 4 weeks later, and they can't tell me what's missing, what the status is, or if I'll ever see the $6,000+ dollar reimbursement one page of my account says I've already been reimbursed (spoiler alert: I haven't received any of that, at all). I've reached out to them multiple times for clarification, but they don't seem interested in actually solving the problems, just in ushering folks off the line. Thankfully, my puppy is ok, but I can help but think about if it hadn't turned out well, if I'd be fighting with them to get them to honor the coverage I pay for, while also grieving the loss of a pet. Can't in good conscience recommend this. Buyer beware.

I just got hit with a 264% increase from Embrace
I just got hit with a 264% increase from Embrace!!! I have had Embrace for my Bolognese since he was a puppy, since 2011. He is now over 15 and is still pretty healthy. The premium had been increasing as he got older, last year it was $2,260. They just sent me a renewal invoice for $8,230!!! I submitted a single claim in 2015, and was reimbursed $223. At the same time, they have not raised the maximum annual reimbursement from $10,000. Why on earth would I pay over $8,000 to be reimbursed up to $10,000, when I may not even spend $8,000 in a year?!?! This is criminal. They should have just said they aren't renewing. Waste of time. We are CA residents. I would be happy to join a lawsuit. Response to Embrace's response - why bother to write this. Increases in vet bills do not justify a three-fold increase in premiums, especially when there have been no claims in over a decade.
