Great Customer Service

The ease of filing claims is excellent. We've always found the interface user friendly. We were annoyed to have part of a claim denied. The charge was listed as "routine blood draw" meaning the routine things you check on a dog when they are ill. The discharge notes clearly stated this, but the initial review denied the claim due to how the charge was listed (clearly not reading the notes). When we called to appeal, customer service was wonderful, worked with us to issue the appeal and the claim was reviewed and paid within 3 days. So while we weren't thrilled to have to go back and appeal, the process was easy and agents helpful.
