I didn't expect to feel this supported by an insurance company, but my experience with my pet insurance has honestly been a breath of fresh air. From the moment I signed up all 3 of our dogs, we felt like we weren’t just another policy number-they treated us like someone whose home and peace of mind actually mattered. Every question I had was met with patience and clarity. Every interaction felt reassuring. And in a world where dealing with insurance can feel cold or complicated, they made everything surprisingly easy and genuinely comforting. Any issues with a claim they simply ask for more information which we provide and it’s taken care of quickly. Most claims are processed and paid within days. I could not recommend them enough, I love my experience with them.

Had the worst experience possible with this company. They denied all of my claims for my kitten, claimed everything was a pre existing condition, and I could not easily find an email / phone number to contact them. Would not recommend.

Excellent Coverage Through Fetch
Our 8-year old Boston Terrier began experiencing issues with her left eye (corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, ectopic cilia, benign mass). After multiple doctor visits to our regular veterinarian, care was transitioned to an ophthalmologist who discerned that she was suffering from an ectopic cilia that caused many of the other issues with her eye. Our Boston Terrier underwent surgery and then I submitted multiple claims (invoices and medical records) to Fetch for the multitude of visits. As they have done in the past with another pup, Fetch paid a 90% reimbursement after the deductible was met. We are appreciative for the clarity in which Fetch uses in the reimbursement process along with the quick reimbursement—and most importantly our Boston Terrier is healthy and happy again!!!

SPOT is very prompt and fair with their claims processing service.
My little cocker spaniel dog suffered a cut on his paw so I took him to my local vet. I got the bill and paid it. I submitted the bill to SPOT Pet Insurance and 5 days later it was paid and SPOT had sent the reimbursement to my bank via direct deposit. Great service and a very fair coverage.
