Spot Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver!

Spot Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver. I've never carried pet insurance before ... but this time I did and when my puppy got sick they were great to work with. Easy to use website for claims submissions and easy to work with their customer service team should a phone call be needed. I look forward to our continued relationship. Thank you Spot!

I am extremely disappointed with Spot Pet Insurance. I purchased coverage for my puppy believing they would help if something went wrong, but every claim I submitted was denied. My puppy was not diagnosed with any condition until after I had already purchased and paid for the policy, and I provided full veterinary records proving there were no prior issues. Despite that, they still refused every claim. In my experience, Spot offered no support when it was needed. I would not recommend this company and suggest pet owners look into other options for their fur babies.

Lance helped me modify the coverage for both of my pets and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was personal, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the options clearly and making sure I selected the exact coverage that fit my pets’ needs. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported by someone who truly understands the product and cares about helping clients. Lance handled everything from start to finish and made sure both policies were secured exactly the way I needed them. Customer service like this is rare these days. If Fetch hired five more agents like Lance, there would be no reason for anyone to even look at another company. He truly set the standard for what great service should look like.
