🐶🐶 Peace of Mind When My Dog Needed It Most🐶🐶
**Las Vegas, NV** I have had Trupanion since I adopted my dog when he was just 12 weeks old. He is now a little over 7 years old, and throughout that time, Trupanion has truly been with us every step of the way. Over the years, my dog has faced several health challenges, including Addison’s disease, more recently hypothyroidism, and now a newly discovered tumor in his abdomen. As any pet parent knows, receiving news like that is incredibly stressful and emotional. Having Trupanion has given me such peace of mind during some very difficult moments. I am especially grateful that both my dog’s primary veterinarian and the specialty surgical center here in Las Vegas accept Trupanion and are able to submit claims directly for payment. That means I only have to pay my portion at the time of the visit, instead of worrying about covering the full cost up front and waiting for reimbursement. With the diagnostic procedures he now needs, the offices are also able to submit for prior authorization, so I know ahead of time exactly what my out-of-pocket responsibility will be. At the end of the day, having Trupanion means I can focus on what matters most: getting my dog the quality care he needs. Instead of being overwhelmed by the financial side of things, I am able to make decisions based on his health and well-being. For that, I am truly grateful. Trupanion has been a blessing for my furry family member and for me. I would absolutely recommend them to any pet parent who wants protection, support, and peace of mind when it matters most.

I was told by someone they had this insurance company and the never approved her claims. I’ve had other insurance company that paid within 4 days.should have stuck with them. I gave 1 star cause I could understand them

Everyone was very helpful with my claims. They made it clear of everything that would be covered and provided all the clarification I needed. Sometimes it was a little hard to get ahold of someone by calling over the phone, but overall I’ve had very positive experiences with the outcomes and services.
