Avoid them like the plague

1. I was forced to purchase a new policy for my pet regardless the amount of times I explained to CS (phone, email and chats) that I never received any communication about cancellation of my policy. 2. Now I am basically throwing money to the air because you guys will find any reason to not cover conditions he was covered for under our original policy. 3. As a loyal customer since 2017 this left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and shows you guys only care about profits not people or their pets. 4. You may need to give coaching to the people responding on your site: zero empathy, understanding and very unprofessional.

Mostly good experiences

I've had mostly good experiences. At one time claims we're taking a very long time to process and I had to keep calling on the same one to find out what was going on. I don't send many claims and never meet my pet's annual max. So when I do send them and there are issues it is frustrating. But as of lately the process has been ok.

Our recent trip to the emergency vet…

Our recent trip to the emergency vet was scary, stressful, and expensive. Thankfully, our 11-year old Bichon was given the excellent care that she required and knowing that we had Healthy Paws insurance for her gave us the reassurance to go ahead with the treatment needed to bring her home. Submitting our receipts couldn't be easier, and our reimbursement arrived within a week of her ordeal.
