The documents were mislabeled after they were uploaded which caused my full claim not to be paid out on the first review. It took multiple calls for them to finally get it correct.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In an emergency situation I was told by the online chat agent that I needed to speak with a supervisor over the phone and that I would get a call from them in, at most, 48 hours, which was already frustrating, but that I was listed as priority since it was an emergency so it would probably only be 4 or 5 hours. It actually took them 8 days. 8 working days. Completely useless. They were rude, dismissive, and actually found some pretty creative ways to make everything worse, such as cancelling my refund cheque (which took 6 weeks to arrive) the day before it arrived, just to then issue another one (which took another 6 weeks to arrive). If you want a company that actually cares about pets or humans, this is not it.

Pets Best is the BEST!!
Our 2 y/o cat suddenly started crying out in pain one afternoon which resulted in a visit. Two visits, a procedure and hospital stay later for bladder stones, I have been shouting Pets Best's praise from the rooftops. We could t have gotten him the help he needed if we didn't have insurance. The claims process, communication, and payment is easy and straightforward. Thank you!!

Apollo was diagnosed with EPI last July. It was a scary couple months from when he first started getting sick to when he was diagnosed. It's still a difficult disease to manage, but Pets Best takes all the financial stress away. We cant thank you all enough - without the enzyme supplements you cover for him, he wouldn't be able to live. Thank you💛
