Pets Best Works As Claimed & Expected

You can't help but hear complaints or even downright horror stories about various pet insurances not working as advertised or promised; but I have had the best experiences, so far, with Pets Best! I pay the Vet, as is the case with most pet insurance polices, submit my receipt to Pets Best (both the app and web site work flawlessly), and within a matter of days the claim is approved for the covered amount, complete with a detailed explanation, and a few days later my reimbursement amount is automatically deposited into my bank account. Honestly, it can't be much easier!

Great First Experience With Pets Best

This was my first time filing a claim, and the process was simple and easy. I received email notifications as my claim progressed, along with updates explaining that it could take some time. The online dashboard was especially helpful, as it kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn’t sure whether my claim would be accepted, but it was, and I found the outcome fair and reasonable. If I ever need pet insurance in the future, I will definitely look no further than Pets Best.

Its not just one time but every single…

Its not just one time but every single time I don't receive a payment there is no cooresponding EOB which states will be sent via post office mail, however I am not receiving any. The claims submitted don't makes sense as meds have been covered in the past so why arent others being covered?

Metlife is Getting Better!

This submission was good. My experiences in the past have been around the 1 star level. Hopefully they're getting better. It would be nice if they could include the Claim number they're working on in the e-mail replies.
