Awesome service from Amanda at Fetch
Amanda did a great job going over coverage, and costs. She explained 12 month waiting period and 30 day window to add Wellness plan. I asked her about a Va/ Military discount but not till after she had submitted everything. She said she would be able to apply the 10% discount as a cash back. Maybe a credit? Not sure how that will happen but we will see.

It is terrible to try to speak to a rep when you want to ask a question that isn't covered on your site. The chat is never open and then when you call you are given a 20-to-30-minute wait time...On the good side is they do pay fairly, they don't try to cut corners to save money. And you do get reimbursed the amounts due to you. Also pay out is pretty prompt.

Terrible customer service
one bad experience after another, it's not the company, it is the customer service personal the first one never explained the changed benefits and was quick to cancel my policy in Jan2026. yesterday i called in again to reinstate the policy after researching from work colleagues information i hadn't received form the customer service rep i spoke to on Jan, and i had the displeasure of speaking with Art - # 6229 who was rude and unhelpful. requested a call back from a supervisor but nothing yet. your people are terrible!!

Phone support and Claim Reivew were excellent. Rep took extra time to review my claim in depth and was not dismissive of my inquiry. Told me exact next steps and was I was successfully able to proceed with my claim.

MetLife Pet is Honest, Efficent and super easy to use.
MetLife Pet was very helpful when I applied for insurance for my Morkie. I purchased the plan that was right for me and have been so thankful and happy I did! The claim process is actually the easiest of any type of insurance I’ve had! MetLife Pet has been true to their ads, words and plan. They are quick to respond and claims are usually paid in about 4 days from my submission date, if not 3 days. I recommend them to any pet parent considering insurance or concerned about vet costs when owning a pet.
