Your representative Kayla was amazing
Your representative Kayla was amazing! I was stressed with my pup being unwell, and was having trouble submitting my claim. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and reassuring as she walked me through it. She did not at any time rush me through things or become impatient. It is so refreshing dealing with a rep who has such wonderful qualities. Thank you Kayla!

Not a compassionate company
Not a compassionate company. I registered my cat for a free month trial with my breeder and a little bit afterwards. My twin sister passed away and I couldn’t go and renew her policy because I was dealing with so much paperwork and when I went to go in renew her policy they wouldn’t waive the illness period of 30 days even though I’ve already had her for 30 days and nothing happened during the trial. But they refuse to waive that. Even when It was a few days later as I was going through a lot. It says a lot about our company because God knows what would happen if my pet actually had something wrong with her and how the company would not be compassionate.

I had a question about filing a claim
I had a question about filing a claim. Kametria was extremely helpful with explaining that the deductable is an annual deduction and the claims are aplied to that deductable. Also, there are so many things that are covered under your plan, so please review it and file ALL visits because you never know what is covered. Another representative on a cal less than two weeks ago did not explain claims in details and led me to believe that my deductable was applied to each claim and not accumulative annually.

Using the MetLife Pet website is easy and convenient, even the updates make it easy to file a claim and/or follow up on the progress of a claim already submitted. When ever we had a question and needed to speak to a MetLife Pet representative, they were always knowledgable and helpful. Our plan is to continue to renew our pet policy with MetLife Pet for as long as it is needed.
