Worst pet insurance ever ...by far
I switch to this company because Nationwide was getting more expensive. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. This company treated you like your worst enemy when you file a claim. On top of that asked for records, when in 10 years with Nationwide (previous pet) they paid without records and received a detailing explanation of benefits for the deductions. Please do not buy this insurance, in my opinion, based on my personal experience, is the worse in the market. They will gladly take your money for premiums, but as soon you file a claim, you will find out I am correct. Went back to Nationwide.

It great to have a company that's great…
It great to have a company that's great in taking care of your pets needs. My little bichpoo had surgery 2 years ago they paid the medical expenses. Then the week of Christmas this year my bichpoo was in the hospital for 2 days. Trupanion reimburse me for the medical bills again. It's great to know when your pet needs and emergency to see the Vet Trupanion is always there.

It is very easy to submit a claim
We have had this pet insurance for 10 years now and have used it over that time. Our dog has needed 2 surgeries over that time. I request his medical records and invoice, submit them online and they are reviewed and paid in a few days. I really appreciate how quick they are processed.

This company does what it says it will and it does it with very nice people helping you
The people I interacted with over the phone. Every one of them was helpful, courteous knowledgeable. I learned the ease of submitting a claim. Prompt return of my money. It was hard to figure out which animal insurance I should get there are so many and I saw good reviews of pumpkin, and my vet recommended them. I can see why I’m very happy with them.
