I’ve had my poodle for 7 years now and I used to be a Trupanion customer. After switching to Figo I can say that the service and claims process is much much better than its competitors. Because of Figo I don’t have to constantly worry whether a veterinary emergency or procedure will set me back financially. Figo is a top quality insurer and I recommend them to anyone who needs to cover vet bills. They can be a bit on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. They paid 5% of an emergency claim…
They paid 5% of an emergency claim where the policy says 70%. We wasted our money on this policy and were deceived by what they said they would cover. Despite trying to appeal, we were told the claim was closed and recourse was not available. Terrible customer service and claims experience.

This is a FRAUDULENT company! Worth ZERO stars. Do not use this pet insurance company. They use 3rdcwirld call centers for their " Help line " Useless and non reimbursement! My dog needed a simple check up for flea and heart wirm medicine. They did not reimburse me for 1 penny. Do not use them!

Paid heavy premiums for both of my…
Paid heavy premiums for both of my dogs. Every claim I had went wrong. I had to take time from my day to clarify call veterinarian to get documentation that I felt like it was there job. They denied a large claim stating it was in the 6month waiting period even though I was paying the premiums and wasn’t aware of the waiting period. Very deceitful to say the least. Wasted money with this unworthy company and time. I wouldn’t recommend this dog insurance company to anyone.
