Very Pleased

We are very pleased with the service/protection Spot Pet Insurance has provided our dog. Filing a claim was easy and fast. We received emails that provided status of our claim. Keeping us informed every step of the claim process. Having this coverage gives us peace of mind and helps us enjoy our pet even more.

Pleasantly Surprised at the Turnaround of my Claims

I have carried pet insurance on several of my pets, but I never submitted a claim and was dubious about the process. This year my Chihuahua has been having some problems, and luckily, I remembered I had Spot insurance for him. I got my bills together, along with the treatments he had, fax them over to Spot, and in what I consider a very short time period, I received confirmation that I would be receiving reimbursement for a great deal of those expenses. I am very pleased and I’m considering putting my new dog on insurance as well.

Quick and easy!

Quick and easy! Each claim I’ve made has been quick and easy to get reimbursed. They notify me if I’m missing documents, and within a week they reimburse me and provide an explanation of what I’ve been reimbursed for! Feel at ease, knowing my dogs are able to get the care they need!
