I just signed my puppy up recently for insurance coverage in the unlikely event he ever becomes ill or has an unforseen accident so I had some questions for the representative. I received a call promptly and the agent was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding my policy. He was kind and friendly too and I am so glad I chose to go with Furkin.

I never used the medical record summary
The people who answer the phone are very good: empathetic and professional. However, the final invoices that I submitted for Rhena's final days were not all approved, which was disheartening. I will not get insurance for my next pet. The premiums are constant $$ with much less return when needed.
