I cannot say enough about the customer service team there at Trupanion or the quality of care my canine companion received as a result of being insured by you. I had heard that Trupanion was different, that they actually pay claims that are legitimate, and have found it to be the case first hand. Every veterinarian Iâve worked with since having it have concurred that it is exceptional insurance. I have shared my experience with friends, family, and colleagues bc I strongly believe that anyone who has a companion animal should have outstanding insurance. Being in the midst of crisis is hard enough even knowing thereâs insurance to help with the financial burden that can come with medical bills. Having to make the decision to euthanize one of my animals bc I couldnât afford a procedure would devastate me. I hope to spare others from ever finding themselves in that position and will continue to share my experience with Trupanion as a result. Thank you for caring and for being such a class act! We feel lucky to have you.
