I think in a claim situation that if there is a limitation, thatâs in the fine print it should be highlighted back to a customer. Ie allergies, related to food are onto covered for 2 months. I purposely got a coupon on my first batch to try to be good to myself and the insurance company you, and then waited as long as I could order the second one, and then realized it wasnât going to be covered. If somebody wouldâve told me, it was only cover the first two months. I probably wouldâve at least gotten one extra batch earlier than waiting till last minute. The insurance is great to have but I think itâs confusing and should be highlighted once the claim has been made to help the person understand more that using it

They pay there claims quickly.They are very helpful on the phone and spend time with your concerns and help you through filing when youâre unsure how to proceed with your claim.

Healthy Paws is the BEST Pet Insurance
My 11 year old fur baby Standard Poodle Sheila became seriously ill needing major surgery to remove a malignant tumor on her adrenal gland due to Cushings Disease. Thankfully, I have fantastic insurance for my girl that enabled me to be able to get her the care she desperately needed. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Great Coverage - Great Service - Quick and Clear Communication
Once I decided I was getting a French bulldog I knew I would need pet insurance knowing the breed. When asking around to those who had pet insurance majority ruled with Healthy Paws. When my puppy had a freak accident at three months old and broke his leg I was so thankful to have pet insurance. He also recently ruptured a disc and I didn’t have to worry about the cost because I had Healthy Paws. Filing each claim was easy and checking the status was clear through email and even easier when you have the app. The customer service is awesome and responsive and even checked in to see how everything was going with recovery. They were very clear in all claims what they covered and did not based on my plan and provided breakdown of everything. You really never know what could happen and I’m thankful to have healthy paws!

Excellent Coverage
Anytime my dog needs to go to the doctor for an unplanned event, the visit and medications have been covered. Ear infections, ingestions, and even the allergy doctor with shots is covered. Very easy to submit claims and the reimbursement is prompt. Highly recommend.
