Pet's Best makes claims easy
We recently took one of our cats in for a spay, when she got there they told us she would need to have all of her teeth removed because she had stomatitis and was in pain and would continue to be in pain until they were removed. We had no choice but to pay almost $1,000 when we were only expecting a couple hundred. Thankfully we were able to recoup a good portion of that thanks to Pet's Best. I was able to upload my documents from my phone and they handled the rest. My kitty's recovery was a bit hard on her, but thankfully the process to submit claims through Pet's Best was not. We received our reimbursement in about a week after we were notified our claim was approved. All in all, great experience.

MetLife clans process and customer service was excellent. Paid out timely thru direct deposit. Much better than Nationwide Pet Insurance. Love my AT&T options for care.
I Strongly Advise Against Spot Pet Insurance
Unfortunately, my experience with Spot Insurance was deeply disappointing. After insuring my cats, Gwendolyn and Wessley, and submitting multiple claims for each, all were denied with explanations that felt dismissive and inconsistent. Despite my appeal and supporting documentation, their resolution process felt more like a formality than a genuine review. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful, and the outcome left me with little trust in the company's integrity. I’ve since canceled my policy and will not be insuring any of my pets with Spot again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pet insurance that’s fair, transparent, and dependable.

Pets best is the BEST
Pets best is, without a doubt, the best pet insurance on the market. Easy claims, fast reimbursement, such an incredible experience for my big guy! I have recommended my vet to recommend them to their customers!

Cat dental procedure
I needed to have dental work done on my cat, and I was concerned about how much would be covered and what I would be responsible for. I filed my claim. It took longer than I had expected for the claim to be thoroughly reviewed, but PetsBest stayed in touch and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, my claim qualified for reimbursement and was promptly paid out. I was very happy. I am so thrilled that I have pet insurance and I love Pest Best. I know my cat is in good hands.

"Our 4 year old wiener dog was suffering from an ulcerated eye and had to have it removed. It was an expensive surgery, but with my Progressive Pet insurance, 80% of the cost was covered! It was super easy filing the claim and our little buddy is doing great! This insurance is very valuable and every pet owner should have it. I highly recommend it to all my dog owning friends. Over a month since my kitten had a long string removed from her intestine. Spoke with customer service a week ago who said everything was in order and that it would be completed within a day. My other kittens claim was completed quickly (we didn't know who ate the string off the toy). 10k credit card bill. Ouch! Do payments delays include interest?

Love the ease of filing a claim and getting reimbursed to my checking account. The customer service team is friendly and caring if I ever have to call. It’s nice being able to actually reach a real live person. Very pleased with Pets Best since 2019.
