Very friendly, patient, professional and responsible Vet Dr Conny Sontag and Technician James. They really do care about your pet (I have a cat) and their clients. I really appreciate the great care you guys provided for my cat.! Kudos to Dr Conny and James who have helped my cat regulated his sky rocket high blood sugar very successfully and gave very detailed instructions to the parent. I can tell the Hospital is very passionate about providing services and good care to pets. Highly recommend!

This place is sooo rude I even think they are racist. I submitted several forms through the website and email to reserve a wellness exam for my cat. Then I never heard back. So I called them and at the beginning they just let me wait for several times. After that at the last call, I was told very rudely that they cannot provide me with services and they also cannot tell me the reason. I asked why but they just hang up. Really bad experience and makes me angry. Don’t try this place if you have any other options. I doubt they could be nice to your pets.

Amazing staff and service! These people have done everything to take care of my baby and make me feel supported through all the hiccups of being a first-time dog mom. They are patient,kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Jared and Dr Connie are the best❤️

This has been one of the worst weeks of my life, but the staff at this veterinary medical center made it that much more bearable. Everyone who I have spoken to from the receptionist to the vet were highly professional and compassionate. Dr. Chloe Broadway takes her time to explain everything to me, in detail. Answers all my questions and pays attention to all my concerns. Their care for my dog yumi in his last few days is something I’ll remember forever. Nearly everyone I interacted with was empathetic and compassionate. They spoke to me with patience and answered all of my questions. They did everything to ensure mine and my dogs comfort, and while I hate the fact that I had to say goodbye, I am glad that I did so under their care.

Staffs here are all very friendly and professional. Doctors are AWESOME. We feel very lucky to have Advance Vet Medical center near us and my dog doesn't mind to go there.
