They were so courteous in removing one of my pets after I sent in an invoice after an ER visit turned into losing our fur baby. They sent a really nice email, prorated our monthly bill and removed her policy without me even asking. Sending claims in are simple as well.

The process to file a claim is easy and quick. The website is very user friendly. Spot Insurance advises you as each step of the claim is completed. A complete breakdown of the items covered and those not covered is available on the website. I had my payment direct deposited into my checking account in less than one week after filing my claim.
