My Dog Rocky & I Love Pets Best
I decided early on to get my Shihtzu, Rocky Carmelo health insurance. He was at the time very healthy but I wanted him to have it in place because I love him so much and didn't want anything to ever happen to him that would cause alot of financial stress. I wanted him to always have the best care. He's had allergy and eye issues that would have cost me a lot of money to get him better but because I had Pets Best insurance that helped tremendously. We are now getting to the point of his allergy's being more manageable thanks to the care he needed. I read reviews early on with Pets Best and they make the claim process easy on you by uploading the docs and receipts directly to their app on your phone. I appreciate that they do what they say they are gonna do. It's been great for us and we are thankful to have it. Highly recommended.
Don't Buy This Insurance - it's a SCAM
They have no customer service you can constantly try to get in touch with somebody and they will be totally unresponsive the only time you ever get contacted from them is when they let you know that they are denying your claim this insurance is not only expensive it does not actually apply to anything outside of basically a death emergency Would not recommend and would advise looking into other companies they can't be any worse than this one what a giant joke of a company take your money and run oh wait they already took my money

Claim for Greyson
The process went very smooth. Pet’s Best notified and apologized for the delay in processing. They notified me along the way with requesting documents from vet etc.. one they received what they needed, the claim was settled within 3 business days. Pet’s Best covered what thought should have been after my deductible. What wasn’t covered I was aware of, already however Pet’s Best explained why something wasn’t covered. Overall really satisfied with the entire process.

"My treasured dog has been healthy his whole 9 years until suddenly he had 3 problems at once: pain in back end, wouldn't eat and low energy. He has been on 7 visits to emergency and specialists and so far Pets Best is covering his first claims promptly. I really appreciate their help!"

Not happy
This company has the worst customer service..I've been trying to sign up my shift account and am having trouble so I reached out ralked to a rep who said she'd figure it out and call me back but never did..and while I was waiting your company changed the email address I used to one I don't use and now I cant get into my account at all..I'm super frustrated!!!

Nationwide Pet Ins; Excellent & Trustworthy
Please know, I am committed to giving my precious Emi the best possible medical care and so (in the end) have no regrets. I submitted the particular invoice to Nationwide for the recent visit and tests completed by the Nevada Vet Cardiologist (first time) which amounted to a cost of $1000.00. I did not expect to receive reimbursement from Nationwide for $880.00! I would have been more than ok to receive half the amount (which I chose to submit). You folks are so very special! I just wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you do, your continued support, commitment, professionalism, and kindness you have shown me throughout these many years. Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy. Do not consider it insurance, more just a discount plan. They never pay their full share, and usually delay any partial payments well beyond what is normal or customary. Not sure how I didn't read the reviews before getting into a policy.
