I have worked with a number of pet insurance companies over the years and, hands down, PetsPlusUs is the best! Excellent communication, extremely responsive, and I genuinely feel like they're doing their best to support me and my pet vs. trying to get out of paying a claim. It's typically a stressful time when you have to take your pet to the vet for anything above and beyond a regular check up; where some pet insurance companies add to that stress, PetsPlusUs alleviates it. Great company.

Most importantly someone answers the phone. I did submit a claim which initially was not covered because of an error on my part submitting the claim. The customer service rep was very responsive in helping me fix my error and resolving the claim.

I have been with petsplusus since I got my little puppy at 2 months old and they have only brought me peace of mind. I’ve always had such an easy time making claims.
