Did I make a mistake

So far since I made the switch to Embrace I haven’t been impressed. The first time I submitted a claim I was getting emailed to explain the issue and my vet had to explain and send in history. My other insurances never was this hard to make a claim. My pay was usually deposited in 72hours. I’m now starting to wonder if I made a mistake by switching.

PRINCESS IS THE BEST!!!

I Talked To Princess And She Was AMAZING!! She Made Me Feel Super Comfortable. I Felt As Though I Was Talking Her Ear Off With Being Anxious About Being A New Pet Parent. I Had A Bunch A Questions About My Policy To Understand It Better And She Never Made Me Feel As Though I Was Doing Too Much! I Love Her! She Needs A Raise, Promotion, Bonus...Something Lol I Just Really Appreciate Her❤️
