I've had Pet's Best since my two current dogs were puppies in 2021. They've always been reasonable and consistent with claims and have always processed them very quickly. The latest ones that were completed were done so just a few days after they were submitted.

I have been very happy with trupanion
So far everything has worked well for me. It can be confusing how & when the deductible is applied & coverage after the deductible but you can chat on line or call easily to get explanations. I have had my dog insured with Trupanion for 11 years.
