Website issues & App Crashes
Website issues & App constantly crashing and "dog is off leash" Website crashed and I could not submit a claim. I have tried emailing, twice now, an invoice to be as a claim and no one has got back to me. Now my new insurance term starts today and no one processed my claim.

We are beyond grateful for Healthy Paws and the peace of mind they’ve given us with both of our dogs, Mercy & Merlin. Recently, Mercy had to spend several nights in the hospital battling a severe urinary tract infection that had spread to her bladder and kidneys. It was terrifying emotionally, and without pet insurance, it would have been incredibly difficult financially as well. Healthy Paws truly came through for us. Not only did they help cover the costs when we needed it most, but their claims process was fast, easy, and stress-free during an already overwhelming time. The reimbursement hit our account through direct deposit surprisingly quickly, which made such a huge difference. Having insurance for your pets feels a little like having a safety net woven out of kindness and practicality. We’re so thankful we chose Healthy Paws for Mercy & Merlin and absolutely recommend them to any pet parent wanting real support when life suddenly goes sideways. 🐾

Healthy Paws is awesome
Healthy Paws is awesome! I’ve had it for my 12 year old dog Mason since he was a puppy and it’s helped me out multiple times over his life but especially from the moment he was diagnosed with cushings disease. Having Healthy Paws gives me the peace of mind that whatever happens to Mason, I know I have great quality insurance for him and won’t have to make tough financial decisions. Do right by your dog people! Give them the coverage and health they deserve!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They deny everything they don't keep up on individual state laws, they will deny e3in hopes that you won't fight them. They denied claims that were done by a Vet Tech at CAN NOT work without being under the supervision of a veterinarian. And what did Pest Worst do, denied, so now you to appeal which is total BS. I hate this company with a passion!!!

The only positive experience I've ever had with an insurance company
I adopted a senior chi mix in 2019, and he was insured through Embrace from 2020 through 2026. Every experience I had with the company was great; all of my claims were covered, and when I needed an explanation there was a lways someone to help. The Paw Desk, a 24/7 helpline for pet parents, was a fantastic resource. Everyone I encountered at Embrace was compassionate and knowledgeable, I had to cancel my policy this week. The premiums became unaffordable at renewal. If it made sense for me to keep Embrace, I would. They have kept both of us comfortable for six years.

Trupanion is the best. Never an issue on what's covered, quick responses to vet's office with notification to keep me in the loop. Best decision for medical coverage for my furbaby.

Be careful and read the fine…
Be careful and read the fine print....this company will tell you they have direct vet pay and they do not. Many vets do not participate.{called at least 5} Do your homework first before getting into this expensive plan. Customer service agents will also tell you wrong information to get you to sign up then backtrack. Also will promise full refund and not prorated if cancel immediately. That is not the case. Will be contacting better business borough....buyer beware!

Great Pet Insurance Experience
Very easy to submit claims and paperwork online. I got reimbursed in a timely manner without me having to follow up. I highly appreciate having Spot insurance for my cat, Luna. Reimbursement took about 1 or 2 business days from when the claim was finalized. The option to get it directly depositied into my account is great!
