Lately it seems a computer is doing your first review and not doing a good job!
Lately it seems a computer is doing your first review and not doing a good job! Sorry but a claim for supplements and a claim for chiropractic and acupuncture with the same date are not the same and I should not have to appeal. I can see a mistake once but immediately and for both of my dogs and this is also happening for my clients as I am a veterinarian. So I think your new review process needs some majors tweaking! Otherwise I LOVE Trupanion!!

Representative was very helpful. She was able to get my Vet to submit 8 months worth of invoices that I have been pulling out my hair trying to get done. I am starting to receive, the coverage. This is a very grateful customer, and it goes without saying, so is my little dog.

Submitting claims is easy and it's easy to talk to someone about a claim. What's difficult is if a claim needs to be contested. It's not clear what needs to be done, nor is it easy to actually do (beg your vet to make the call on your behalf)....

Trupanion is great at handling and processing claims with professional staff my hesitation is with the deductible/diagnosis part of the policy
