Huge disappointment
Once Pet Plan sold to some other company and became Fetch, the entire website, app customer service, and coverage went down significantly. Pet Plan was awesome, Fetch is awful. It’s impossible to get a customer service person on the phone, their chat bot is broken, and their coverage has become very scammy. I plan to move my pets to another insurance.

Healthy Paws is AWESOME!
Over the past 8 years with 2 pets, we've had occasion to submit claims through Healthy Paws. We've ALWAYS found their service to be friendly, efficient, professional, and the processing of claims to be VERY timely and quick! Their personal assistance and prompt communications are a pleasure to experience. We remain VERY HAPPY with Healthy Paws and regularly refer them to friends and family!

Quite atisfiewd with Metlife Pet
Have filed several claims with Metlife for substantially more than I have paid in. the paid claims in 2 weeks or less with no fight, disagreement or challenges. It has been well worth what they charge.

My Puppy broke his leg at 6mo and needed surgery, Metlife paid the full amount of coverage with no problem and I received the full amount in less than 10 days after filing the claim. They are always helpful and no long hold times when I call. 100% paid after a $250 deductible is an awesome plan! Thankyou!

Pet Plus Us Rocks
It was a stressful time for us as not only did our silly dog accidentally crack his tooth, he was also getting really sick with vomiting and diarrhea. He wouldn't even eat stuff like chicken and ground beef so I was really scared and just wanted him to feel better. Pet Plus Us had our back. The claims process was easy and overall it was just one less thing to worry about.

Did not disappoint
Our baby girls leg accidentally slipped into a storm drain and fractured 2 bones. We had to go to the emergency vet and let’s just say it’s beyond costly. I was pleasantly surprised when I submitted the initial bill for nearly $1500 to find almost $1100 back in my pocket within 7-10 days. I’ve submitted 2 more bills $150 each and was reimbursed $118 each one week later!!! I’d never be without their insurance…. Thanks ASPCA!

Healthy Paws has my vote
My dog has been constantly injured and or sick for years it seems and HealthyPaws has been a lifesaver. I wouldn’t be able to afford this dog without them. They will always work with you and their claims system is so easy to use. They have often reimbursed through Direct Deposit before vet payments have even cleared my account. 5/5 would receommend and use them for again!

Easy Claim procedure Fast payment
Watson ate a palm nut/seed that lodged in his duodenum. Emergency surgery with overnight monitoring and he's 100%. Drs. Wilson and Walsh were wonderful, and Pet's Best paid $3500 of the $4500, with no deductions to any of the charges. We paid the deductible and the copay only. All around great outcome for a life threatening and very stressful event.

Thee worst pet insurance I've ever had.
I cat had an illness and since we went to the veterinarian 1 day before the two weeks waiting period. Which he was really sick. They would not reimburse the full bill. I went ahead and cancelled. I definitely would not recommend anyone signing up with them. The last representative was an idiot also could not understand what she was saying. I told her why I was cancelling and she asked me again why are you cancelling? Really?
