Unfortunately we had a few serious problems with our dogs over the past year. I was very happy to have Fetch. Reimbursement was quick and easy with the correct paperwork and using the app.

They processed the claim so quickly it was unbelievable. They only problem was that because it was an end of life claim the policy will be cancelled after the claim was processed. I heard nothing about the cancellation so I called and cancelled the claim myself to be sure.

To all potential or current…
To all potential or current subscribers. I have recommendation from my vet regarding dental work on my dog. Unfortunately, due to family issue (death of the spouse) I could not do this work within 3 months like it stated in the policy. So, the estimate of $1800 dollars will not be covered at all because of time violation. I asked customer manager of any possible exception and the answer was no. Three months is a three months. I want everybody knows that Trupanion wants your your money only. No mercy, no possible help. Be aware of this.

This has been my first experience with Pet Insurance and FETCH has made it so very positive. No matter what type of claim I have submitted, I almost always hear a response in a turnaround time of 7 days or less. That is fantastic, considering how busy the world is these days.
