I picked the middle of policy for my cat. Only 13 dollars a month. When he gets emergency cost 1000 dollars, but spot insurance give me back 804. I am so happy and satisfied, cuz you're gonna to save your pet, no matter what. When you have the insurance you got peace of mind. I insured 3 of my baby’s, cost 100 a month. It’s totally worth it.

Claim for a severed TPLO denied
My claim for a severed TPLO was denied. The adjuster said it was a pre-existing condition based on the fact that my dog had had surgery for a luxating patella a year prior. Totally different leg, totally different body part (knee vs. tendon), yet this was deemed preexisting. Completely false and unacceptable

Decided to stop covering my cat’s heart disease
When they do cover stuff, they’re great. But I’m very frustrated that after two years of covering my cat’s heart disease, they THEN decided to declare it a pre-existing condition, even though she didn’t have a diagnosis prior to me having this policy. That part I’m very unhappy about. But when they cover other vet care, they’ve been great.
