Nadine was an absolute delight and incredible in assisting us on setting up our new insurance policy from walking me through all my policy questions and giving me real life stories and examples for my questions and worries. She showed genuine compassion and relatability towards my concerns. Most of all , I was so impressed by her customer service and having her assistance, care and supportive guidance on the other line in an already difficult time where our insurance company was brushing us off made the decision to switch to Fetch unquestionable!
