My dog is high anxiety so taking him to the vet is stressful. When I made my appointment, Melissa knew exactly who my dog was and the care that he needed to reduce the anxiety for him during his visit. She made sure to schedule him at a time where the staff would be recognizable to him, and they could keep the routine that he did best with. Madison and Lanea were great as well and Dr. Kezios was phenomenal. They were quick but very caring and had him in and out in no time, which was exactly what we needed. Dr. Kezios took the time to hear all my concerns and answer my questions. Melissa made sure all my dogs updated information was sent to his boarding place. I am beyond relieved to have it over with and can’t say enough about how great the staff is!

Long wait, dishonest about pricing. Waited one hour for a vaccination after making an appointment. Had asked about pricing before booking and been given a clear price. The final price (with zero change on our end or added services) was over 100% more. This discrepancy was discussed with the vet and no apology or offer to make things right. We would have appreciated some accountability and an offer to stand by the original price.

I had stopped going to All Pets because the prices were so much higher than other Vet offices in the area. But after receiving an email claiming lower rates and a discount I gave them another try with my elder beagle. Pleasantly surprised with the reception, the Vet and the lower rates.

My sweet calico kitty had been having terrible eye infections. I called this vet because of how close it was to my home and they got me in the very next afternoon. The staff was friendly, quick, and they treated my cat so nicely. Dr. Fuchs was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. She even let my kids hear our kitty's heartbeat, which they thought was so awesome. I went home with meds for the cat, and such peace of mind! Their prices are fair and the doctor is honest and really cares about the animals that come in. The vet tech, Lanea, was super awesome, too! I really recommend this vet.

Lanea, Dr. Kezios, and Melissa were wonder to work with, they were so kind and professional. Putting a pet down is a terrible thing to go through, but they made me feel very comfortable, safe, and supported! 5 stars
