Trupanion is peace of mind
Ease and hassle free when mt vet was submitting our claim. We had enough to worry about. Our poor boy cut his leg open and fractured his knee cap in a major thunderstorm. Trupanion took the worry of an enormous vet bill off the table and off our list to worry about.

Crazy I have to pay you to pay for the insurance i pay you for.
Providing an employee group rate discount and then charging installment fees monthly which basically eats up the discount. Why do you charge installment fees. No company does this. There is no other way to pay these fees except on a recurring charge. You don't provide another option except an annual option which itself has a $53 Enrollment fee. Crazy I have to pay you to pay for the insurance i pay you for.

Quick reimbursement for pets surgery
My 5 year old dog needed surgery unexpectedly. I submitted the claims as soon as I had the receipts and records. I received my reimbursement exactly as I was supposed to in less than a week! It was a huge relief and I am so happy I went with Healthy Paws for my pet insurance.

Great claims experience
My cat Sophie was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. She was hospitalized and the vet bill was $5000.00. I contacted Spot pet insurance and they walked me thru the claim process. I am happy to say my payment was exactly as promised and prompt. Thank you for your compassion and handling my claim quickly. Sophie is doing well.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this pet insurance company. I paid monthly premiums expecting meaningful reimbursement for my cats’ veterinary care, but the amounts I received were nowhere near what I was led to expect. In my experience, the reimbursements did not even cover half of the bills, which made the policy feel like a poor value overall. For what I was paying each month, I expected much better support and far more reasonable coverage. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
