Overcharged for months...
I moved to Montana from Massachusetts which resulted in a significant drop in rate. Although I updated my payment of this change I did not formally change my address on the website. When I explained this to them they were not willing to credit my account for the over charges which accumulated to over $200. They further said that they wouldn't charge someone who moved in the opposite direction and didn't update the address. So basically it is OK for them to overcharge me for months because somebody else is being undercharged... unbelievable. Anyhow, not a company I want to give any business too.

We are so glad the local Humane Society sent our Charlie home with a 30-day trial of MetLife Pet Insurance. All claims have been handled as we were told, no surprises or hidden clauses.
