Fantastic Company for Pet Insurance
The insurance for our now 1 year old dog is very affordable and we like that. The claims that we submit are paid within a week or less. I even forgot to submit my last claim of 3 months ago and just did it 3 days ago and the claim was processed and paid today. What an awesome company to be working with!! We couldn't be happier with Spot Pet Insurance, we know we chose the right insurer for our pet.

This is the first time I've ever invested in Pet Insurance. I tended to believe it would be more hassle than it was worth to get claims submitted and covered, but after doing some research I chose Embrace and I'm really glad I did. I've submitted a few claims for minor issues and have been reimbursed for all covered costs after having reached my deductible. The claim submission process is super easy and straightforward and my claims have all been processed in what I consider to be a timely matter with no hassle or pushback. Excellent coverage and customer service.

Great company to work with
MetLife Pet Insurance has been so easy to work with. If you take a photo of your paperwork and send it to them, you can get your claim filed very quickly. They usually have a response in just a few days and will deposit the reimbursement directly into your bank. If you have any questions, I have consistently been able to reach a live person on the phone who has been able to answer all questions. Very happy we have pet insurance through this company!

Great customer service!
I liked the options in coverage and they were easy to work with. I had a question and so I called the number. I expected to get a recording or a call center with someone I could hardly understand. But to my surprise, I got right through, I got a human who was very easy to understand, was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me very quickly. I loved that! The coverage looks good. Hopefully I’ll never need it!
