Fetch eased our minds in an incredibly stressful time AND economy - FETCH FOR LIFE

We adopted our fur baby, Ellie, Feb. 18th and by March she grew a lump on one of her breasts. Sure enough, it was cancer (fortunately it was benign)! We weren’t sure what we would get back from our pet insurance and let me tell you, Fetch took GREAT CARE of us and our baby girl. We are incredibly thankful for the money given back to help keep our baby healthy and happy with us for years to come. We may have only had her for 4 months, but we are incredibly attached and can’t live without her. Fetch, thank you for easing our minds in an incredibly stressful time and economy. I have recommended you to everyone I know; I believe my Dad will be switching over to you as well. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, again. Sincerely, Marah B.

Spot loves your premiums, hates your claims.

I have been paying into Spot Pet Insurance (Accident & Wellness coverage) since September 2023, and between March and June, I had to submit 3 claims. The first time they were denied because they needed all of my dog's medical records from his vets, which I had to spend a ton of time coordinated. And all the claims were resubmitted after receipt and denied again because they are "pre-existing conditions" prior to the September 2023 effective date event though his first vet visit was in March 2024. It's like they are looking for reasons not to honor my claims.

Highly recommend!

I’ve had Healthy Paws for the past 4 years and they have been so great! My pup has been through so many accidents (TPLO surgery included) and healthy paws has been able to cover the expenses. Their claims process is so simple to use and they have such a quick turn around time. I’ve never had any issues when submitting a claim and they are very prompt whenever I’ve reached out with questions. I’m always recommending them to any pet parent I come across.

They don’t cover ANYTHING

They don’t cover ANYTHING. If your pet is over 4 years old they find any reason not to cover anything. According to Cornell university all pets over 4 yrs old have gingivitis, but if that is found in the pre-dental bloodwork then nothing dental is covered. My dr noted a limp in my cat, for the first time, and wanted x-rays but they decided a limp was preexisting since there was no new accident and would not cover any diagnostics. Basically all they covered was vaccines and the office visit, which didn’t even cover the premium plus the extra gold coverage cost. If you have a new pet that is young, maybe this works but after 4 years, it’s mostly useless. I have 3 indoor cats that only get seen about once a year but I thought since they are getting older I would get insurance on them but it’s useless.

I got insurance because I thought it…

I got insurance because I thought it would help protect my adopted rescue dog. Instead, they are using some observations, not actual diagnosis to try and make a bunch of things preexisting. As my first claim experience, I regret choosing Embrace. My dog did not have any symptoms that warrant preexisting in the waiting period and this is unfair.
