I insured my dog when he was 2 each…
I insured my dog when he was 2 each year premiums went up in 5 years went up from 35.00 to 65,00. It was taking from my credit card every month, luckily never needed to use the insurance. I noticed on my last statement no charge was taking out. I called the company who told me they canceled the insurance in jan because my credit card expired. They said they emailed me, nothing in my box, they sent a notice to a house I lived in 4 years ago, was not forwarded. Why not a phone call? So I kindly asked them to reinstate the insurance, they said no the dog is too old!! Really, after I gave you thousands of dollars and never put in a claim?? Do yourself a favor, save a hundred dollars a month, maybe in the end you will get a vacation with the money. I will never use this insurance again.

is this company a scam company?
They do not reimburse you the amount in their policy. Customer service is not helpful when you are able to reach them. There is always some excuse for why they do not reimburse you when you make claim and it takes a long time for the payment. Do not use them if you care for your pet. I would give them a lower rating if I could
