I am pleased to share my experience with Ms. Carla Stevens, the wonderful sales advisor who answered my phone call to FETCH PET Insurance this afternoon. Ms. Stevens welcomed me and listened attentively to the reasons for my phone call. She responded specifically to my questions and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. Ms. Stevens provided me with her Fetch contact # for future reference and follow-up. Carla's service and customer support are first-rate and outstanding!

I wish I could remember the lady’s name that helped us over the phone. She was extremely patient and personal in her remarks. Wish we could hire her away! In the south we would say, she was just as sweet as she could be! (and now I said it!) Logan's claim
