I tried to get a quote using my mobile web program. After several times of going through the quote process, it always crashed at the registration. I contacted them via phone. I followed their instructions only to have the same issue. I eventually had the to go on a PC and it worked fine.

Terrible, pushing me out by raising my premium $110 per quarter and lowering my reimbursement rate. Because I made a claim, I have been with them for 7 years, my dog is 8 years old. I love my dog. but i am retired. They could not care less. Very hard to deal with. Money Money Money. Disgusting.
