Easy claim process for Cancer Treatment
My pup is being treated for melanoma cancer currently and we go every two weeks for his infusion. The claim process has been so fast and efficient that the process is complete and paid out before the next treatment comes up. It's been such a huge stress relief to not have to come up with extra thousands of dollars to ensure that he has the best quality of life with the time we have left.

Horrible Company
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. As someone who works in customer service, I am not some angry Karen complaining for the sake of it. I rarely complain. But this has single handedly been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Over the span of 3 different phone calls regarding coverage for my dogs surgery, I was told 3 different things. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They look for reasons not to cover you. They DO NOT listen to requests or care to answer questions accurately. They have made my life that much more difficult that I am here warning you to NOT go with them and find a different insurance provider. Thanks for nothing, Fetch.

if you are looking for pet insurance, I would suggest shopping around elsewhere!! this company starts you off ok but then jumping up your payments left and right for no cause!! I hardly ever make a claim!! but for the past 3 years they have jacked up my rates every year more than 50.00 per month!! Now to the point I am forced to just make as many claims as I can to make it worth having them for coverage!! When I asked them about them keep raising my rates so much and often!! I get the some ole same ole!! oh it is due to cost and amount of claims!! that is BS!! when some like me don't even hardly make claims!! So No in my opinion you can find a better and cheaper company for your baby's coverage! I have checked for the same coverage I can get it much cheaper than what they are charging me now!! but I can't switch and that is how this company gets you because they know you will not be able to change if you have any pre-existing issues even like arthritis!!

My experience has been extremely disappointing. When I call, I am always given an excuse instead of any real progress on my claim. The case officer assigned to me has been very irresponsible. Every day she asks for something "missing" from my paperwork but never takes action to move the claim forward. Email communication is poor and slow. During follow-ups, the team gives vague explanations and excuses, as if customers cannot understand the process. Filing a claim is already stressful when you are dealing with physical, mental, and financial hardship. Instead of support, MetLife has added more stress. It feels like the claims process is designed to delay rather than help customers. I would not recommend MetLife Insurance for Income Protection based on my experience.

Pets Best continues to provide excellent customer care and satisfaction. Sookie has had several large and complicated claims that they have not only kept me up to date on the status but have been quick to process and pay out to my account.
